  This podifle has 2 different granulometric-sized-abrasive matters: 1 side with big grains to eliminate big callus and 1 size with fine grains to make skin softer. Hot-water washable.

INSTRUCTIONS: To be used once a week only on dry skin, before the shower.

PODOFILE CLEANING AND DISINFECTION: Wash and brush under tap water. A disinfectant spray can also be used. Dry before using. For professional use, (chiropodists, foot nurses) use a set of several files. May be used numoerous times if properly taken care of. Use with caution on diabetic patients.
