This Oatmeal Pumpkin Walnut Scrub may be used as a "no shower" or "shower" treatment.

Apply to body as you would any moisturizing, cleansing and exfoliating product. After cleansing body, wipe off, or shower off. Spritz with refreshing spray, rest, wrapped warmly for 15 - 20 minutes. Finish with massage or moisturizing rub.
